	Membership & Category Payment Rate 1. Individual i) Adults (18-55 years old) RM40.00 ii) Youth/Student (below 17 years old) -College/University students and Others RM20.00 iii) Senior Citizen(above 55 years old) RM20.00 2. Family i) 2 adults 2 childrens RM60.00 ii) 1 adult 3 childrens RM60.00

Terms & Conditions for Membership

•	Membership cannot be changed or transferred
•	Membership is valid for 1 year
•	Members should produce their membership card in order to enjoy the benefits
•	Members should inform National Science Centre(in writting) if the membership card is missing or lost. Payment of RM5.00 will be charged for replacement card

How to apply

•	Please enclosed copy of Identity Card(both sides) or Student Card(College/University).
