Haji Md. Nayan bin Salleh is a Health Inspector. In his 25 years
of services, Haji Md. Nayan had seen the need to raise the general
standard of sanitation and health care, especially among rural housing.
As an innovative Health Officer, he created many solutions, among
them the Kerian Waste Water and Sludge Disposable System and the
Smokeless Incinerator. These contributions for creating a healthier
and hygienic environment landed him with several local and international
awards. |
